In english now! Making a mistake

Yesterday I was having lunch when a very funny incidente happened! Precisely during the week we are learning about the uses of "to and for", a I made this mistake!

The plate I ate.

I asked a man at the restaurant:

- Excuse-me, do you work here?

- Yes

- Can I ask a beer for you?

- Sure!!! He said.

A few minutes later he appeared drinking a beer as saying me "thank you!"

I saw my mistake, instantly!.

I apologized and explained him that I can't speak good english, I wanted to ask for a beer for myself!! He understood and brought my beer!!

When I got the bill, I realized I only had to pay for one beer. The people in the restaurant was nice to me, and maybe the man was joking with me.

(Obs1: esse texto foi uma lição de casa, escrevi todinho sozinha! :) E tive "só" 10 erros!!  :) 

(Obs2: I learned that I must say: "Can you sell me a beer?)
